For more than 20 years I have served the non-profit sector as a senior executive and as a specialist strategic consultant. In these roles, I have driven the generation of more than $150 million for Australian non-profit organisations helping deliver financial sustainability through a focused strategic approach.

For my work with Plan International and the Melbourne Commonwealth Games, I was recognised as a Victorian Telstra Business woman of the year.

As a non-executive director, I am the Chair of Hobsons Bay Community Fund and Chair of Hobsons Bay Wetlands Centre. I serve as a director on Inner West Community Enterprises (Seddon Community Bank), BirdLife Australia and Western Melbourne Tourism board. I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and have an MBA.
